You can create a subsurface scattering effect with your StingrayPBS node by using setting the floor as opaque and placing the Density characteristic to much less than.

Assign a StingrayPBS shader on your object, and choose Custom beneath the Preset Material drop-down listing to create a new ShaderFX graph.
Select the Standard Base node, and set the Blend Mode to Opaque.
Create a Material Variable node.
In the Attribute Editor, set its Type to Scalar. You can optionally rename the node to Subsurface Scattering for more readability.
